Mission, Goal and Objectives
The Mission of the National Institute for the Commercialization of Clean Energy (NICCE?) is to help our clients
bring alternative clean energy and environmental technologies to market using our next generation
commercialization and business incubation models.
Goal
☞Create the National Capitol Clean Energy Incubator to grow next generation energy and environmental
technology companies.
Objectives
☞Develop the world's largest modeling and simulation center focused on energy and the environment by
developing the National Modeling and Simulation Center of Excellence
☞Commercialize clean and alternative energy technologies and efficiencies into the DoD space through joint
ventures, mergers, licensing agreements and acquisitions between small to midsize companies and larger
defense companies
☞Navigate the public policy arena to secure local, state and federal program money for clients
☞Create "green tech" jobs and next generation training programs by developing the National Clean Energy
Training Center
☞Help our clients improve revenue and company efficiency
☞Assist in manufacturing site location
☞Contribute to policies that support our mission
☞Build the largest integrated World Data Center on Energy
By the year 2020, this goal and these objectives will be accomplished.
